I ordered 3 of these bookmarks, and they were printed, shipped, and received quickly. However they were printed wrong! Sadness. I contacted the seller and she was SUPER QUICK and UNDERSTANDING, fixed the mistake pronto and had the new ones to me as soon as possible. I love them!
