Welcome to the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program! We are thrilled to have you as a partner and are eager to work together to promote our brand and products. The following terms of use (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program.

1. Introduction Blissful Chic offers an affiliate marketing program to help promote our products and services to your audience. As a Blissful Chic affiliate, you will receive a commission on sales generated through unique tracking links that are provided to you.
2. Eligibility To be eligible to participate in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program, you must have a website or online presence and agree to the terms of this Agreement. The website or online presence must not contain any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
3. Commissions Blissful Chic will pay you a commission on each qualified sale made through the unique tracking links provided to you. The commission rate and payment terms will be determined by Blissful Chic and may be changed at any time.
4. Marketing Materials Blissful Chic will provide you with marketing materials including product images, descriptions, and other resources to help promote our products. You agree to use these materials only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Blissful Chic’s guidelines.
5. Linking to Blissful Chic You may use the unique tracking links provided to you by Blissful Chic to promote our products on your website or online presence. You agree not to manipulate the tracking links in any way or engage in any activity that might artificially inflate sales numbers or otherwise harm the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program.
6. Termination Blissful Chic reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions and must remove any links or marketing materials provided by Blissful Chic from your website or online presence.
7. Disclaimer Blissful Chic makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program or products sold through the program, including without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, and Blissful Chic shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program.
8. Modification Blissful Chic reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

By participating in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not eligible to participate in the Blissful Chic Affiliate Marketing Program.
